I have a room for rent in Brighton, Brisbane.  As you can see in the photo above it is one large bedroom and a private bathroom and toilet (the toilet is also used for guests rarely on occasion.  The room used to have bunk beds but it has a queen bed in it now.  It is a modern brick home, fully fenced with a security system.  

The house is a short walk from the ocean, parks, public transport and shops.

I have 2 medium sized friendly dogs.  I’d prefer no more pets but will consider on application.

Rent includes good wifi and TV with streaming services.  Other pro rata costs such as water and electricity will be calculated and split in a fair manner.

I’d prefer short term tenants.  I had 2 sisters stay for a few months who were travelling around Australia and then another couple from overseas stay for a week.  This worked well.  We can work out a fair price if there is more than one person.
